Be notified on your doctor's appointments through our new SMS service!

How often did we forget our scheduled appointments to see our doctor or, if we get reminded by the doctor's secretary, isn't it sometimes very obtrusive receiving a call reminding us for an appointment?

KAINOS Health Medical Clinics, in technology partnership with SyncMed Medical IT Solutions, has another host of special services to make your doctors appointment hassle-free and never to miss a schedule again. Our new services, namely: Online Appointment Scheduler and SMS Appointment Reminder can help manage your convenient time for clinic visits and remind you of those schedules a day before.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

If a patient has, at one point, visited any KAINOS Health Clinics for consult; or an active or inactive KAINOS Health member, he/she can access her FREE portal account at www.syncmed.net to file for an appointment schedule to any KAINOS Medical Clinics. If the patient is neither of any types mentioned above, he/she may visit KAINOS Health Clinic's website to view available schedules for consultation and call the office for reservation.

Once your preferred schedule has been verified, your schedule gets published anonymously to our calendar and gets blocked-off just for you. Consequently, after leaving your mobile number, you get an unobtrusive SMS Appointment Reminder to your cellphones hours before your appointment. It's that easy!
