Plan OverviewA Family Health Plan, is where you, your spouse and your children are all on the same plan. This is the type of policy you would purchase for yourself and your family if your employer does not provide healthcare benefits to its employees. This may also serve as a supplemental coverage for added healthcare benefits if your existing insurance provided by your company is insufficient for your family's requirements. Our Family Health Plan is available for newborns up to the seniors at age 65. Who are qualified for a Family Health Plan?- Family members ages from 0 to 65 years old.
- Direct family members such as: father, mother, son, or daughter.
- Extended family members such as: fathers-in-law or mothers-in-law only.
