In-Patient Care Availment

Services requiring in-hospital treatment and care which excludes laboratory workups.


Services requiring out of hospital treatment and care. Some examples include: Medical Consultation and Dental Consultations.



Services requiring medical laboratory workups. Laboratory workups may be classified as in-hospital or outside-hospital availments.



Emergency Care Availment

Services requiring emergency care and treatment and as classified under medical emergency list published by KAINOS.



Claims Reimbursement

Guidelines for benefits claim reimbursement and other forms of reimbursements.
